Frequently Ask Questions
Questions About Replen Catcher
What exactly is the Live Stream and how does it work?
All users get access to the Live Stream, and you do not need to upload your own custom Replens list to use it. The Live Stream helps you find undervalued products on eBay that you may be able to resell on Amazon for a profit. You can choose from multiple categories and set filters like condition, profit, ROI, sales rank, and more so Replen Catcher only shows opportunities that match what you are looking for. Replen Catcher is now tracking over 4 million products inside the Live Stream.
What’s the difference between the Live Stream and the Replens Feed?
The Live Stream tracks over 4 million products and is included with every plan. All users get access to the same Live Stream, where you can filter by category, condition, and other settings to hunt for deals. The Replens Feed is separate and only shows results for the custom Replens you personally upload and track.
Do I need my own Replens list to use the Replen Catcher live stream?
No. You can start using Replen Catcher right away with the Live Stream, even if you do not have your own Replens list yet. If you want to track your own custom products later, you can use the Replens Feed. Replen Catcher is now tracking over 4 million products inside the Live Stream.
Do I need to connect my Amazon account before using the Live Stream?
No, but if you want to check whether products are restricted or approved for your account, you need to be logged into Amazon Seller Central and have the free Replen Catcher Chrome extension installed. The extension checks products against your Amazon account and helps you remove restricted items from your results.
What filters can I use inside the Live Stream?
You can filter by category, condition, profit, ROI, Amazon price, eBay price, sales rank, monthly sales, seller feedback, keywords, and more. This helps you narrow down the results so you can focus on the types of products you actually want to source.
Can I source from multiple categories at once?
Yes. You can choose one category, multiple categories, or search across all available categories depending on how broad or specific you want your results to be.
Can I filter for new or used products only?
Yes. You can choose to source new products, used products, or both, depending on your business model and the types of products you want to sell.
Can I save my filters so I do not have to rebuild them every time?
Yes. You can save your filters and load them later so you do not have to start from scratch each time you use the Live Stream. This is especially helpful if you use the same sourcing strategy over and over.
What is the difference between a single filter and an advanced filter?
A single filter is a simple saved filter setup. An advanced filter gives you more control by letting you create different rules for different categories, so you can search more efficiently without having to constantly switch filters.
What is the Replens Feed and how is it different from the Live Stream?
The Replens Feed is where you upload and track your own custom products inside Replen Catcher. The Live Stream is already built for you and shows sourcing opportunities from our larger product database, while the Replens Feed is for the exact products you personally want to monitor.
Why would I use the Replens Feed if the Live Stream already tracks over 4 million products?
The Live Stream is the easiest way to start because you can begin sourcing right away without uploading anything. The Replens Feed gives you more control by letting you track your own custom products 24/7, including products that may not already be included in the Live Stream.
How do I add products to my Replens Feed?
You can add products to your Replens Feed one at a time or bulk upload them in larger lists. This gives you the ability to track a handful of products or scale up and monitor many products at once.
What happens after I add products to my Replens Feed?
Once you add products to your Replens Feed, Replen Catcher tracks them on eBay 24/7. When a qualifying opportunity shows up, it will appear in your feed so you can review it and decide if you want to buy it.
Can I bulk upload a list of products into Replen Catcher?
Yes. You can bulk import a list of ASINs into your Replens Feed using our Google Sheet template. This makes it easy to start tracking hundreds or even thousands of products in just a few minutes.
Can I add products from my past Amazon sales into the Replens Feed?
Yes. If your Amazon account is connected, Replen Catcher can pull in your past Amazon sales so you can quickly add those products to your Replens Feed. This is one of the easiest ways to start building a list of products you already know sell.
What is a target buy price in the Replens Feed?
A target buy price lets you choose the maximum price you want to pay for a product. If that item shows up on eBay at or below your target price, Replen Catcher can alert you so you can act quickly.
What does Top Seller mean in the Replens Feed?
Top Seller lets you prioritize your best products inside the Replens Feed. When you mark an item as a Top Seller, Replen Catcher checks eBay more often for that product so you can spot opportunities faster.
Can I track auction listings inside the Replens Feed?
Yes. The Replens Feed can also help you find auction opportunities, which is useful if you want to place bids or source products that are not listed as Buy It Now.
How do I know if I am restricted on an item in the Live Stream?
Once you install the free Replen Catcher Chrome extension and log into Amazon Seller Central, the extension will check the products on the page against your Amazon account. Restricted items will be marked so you can quickly see what you are not approved to sell.
Can I hide items I am restricted on?
Yes. After the Chrome extension checks the products on the page, you can click Remove to remove restricted and gated items from the results so you only see products you are approved to sell.
Can I apply to sell restricted items through the Live Stream?
Yes. If you are restricted on a product, Replen Catcher highlights that item with a pink-red background and gives you an orange Apply to Sell button. This makes it easy to quickly click through to Amazon and see if you can get auto-ungated to sell that product. This is one of the big advantages of using Replen Catcher because it helps you spot gated opportunities fast and take action right away.
Do I need to install anything to check restrictions in the Live Stream?
Yes. You now need to install the FREE Replen Catcher Chrome extension. It takes less than 30 seconds to install and works in the background while you use the Live Stream.
Do I need to be logged into Amazon Seller Central for the Chrome extension to work?
Yes. You must be logged into Amazon Seller Central for the extension to check whether you are restricted or approved to sell products. If you are not logged in, the restriction checker will not work properly.
What does the Replen Catcher Chrome extension do?
The Chrome extension checks the products in the Live Stream against your Amazon account to see which items you are restricted on and which ones you are approved to sell. It helps you quickly remove restricted products and focus on opportunities you can actually buy and resell.
Can my virtual assistant use the Chrome extension too?
Yes. If your virtual assistant has user access to your Amazon account and is logged into Seller Central, they can install the Chrome extension and use it to check restrictions the same way you do.
How do I connect my Amazon account to Replen Catcher?
Once you sign up for a free 14-day trial of Replen Catcher, just go to the Connections area and connect your Amazon account. The setup takes 60 seconds or less. After you connect, it can take up to 24 hours for all of your data to fully sync. Replen Catcher will then pull in 6 months of your Amazon sales and order history so you can add products to your Replens list, filter them, and organize them inside the software.
Do I need a paid Keepa subscription to use Keepa with Replen Catcher?
No. Replen Catcher includes free Keepa data with your subscription, including monthly sales, sales rank, and screenshots of a Keepa chart for each product. A paid Keepa subscription is optional, but it does unlock extra features like Buy Box statistics, Keepa Product Finder, and other advanced tools. One of the big benefits of Replen Catcher is getting useful Keepa data included.
Do I get SellerAmp for free with Replen Catcher?
No. You need a paid SellerAmp subscription to use the SellerAmp integration. Once connected, you can click the SellerAmp logo next to a product and the Chrome extension will open with your buy cost and selling price pulled in automatically, making it faster to analyze a deal, check the offers, and review extra data like Buy Box statistics. You can also start with a free 14-day SellerAmp trial.
Do I get Sellerboard for free with Replen Catcher?
No. You need a paid Sellerboard subscription to use the Sellerboard integration. The good news is you can get a free 60-day Sellerboard trial without entering a credit card, and once connected, the integration will work inside Replen Catcher.
How does the BooksRun integration work with Replen Catcher?
Any time you come across a book inside Replen Catcher, you will see the BooksRun icon. When you click it, Replen Catcher will automatically send the ASIN into the BooksRun Counterfeit Calculator so you can quickly check whether the book is likely counterfeit based on their database.
Why are there so many different pricing plans?
All of our pricing plans include the same core features, including Live Stream Sourcing, access to millions of products, advanced filters, bulk uploads, and Keepa insights. The main difference between plans is how many custom Replens you can upload and track inside your Replens Feed. This gives you the flexibility to choose a plan based on how many products you want to monitor.
What is the Replens Feed area?
The Replens Feed is the area where you can upload your own custom Replens to be tracked on eBay 24/7. Our Live Stream tracks over 4 million products, but there are over 200 million products on Amazon, which means there are still tons of opportunities outside of the Live Stream. The Replens Feed lets you monitor the exact products you want so you can uncover profitable opportunities other users may never see.
What’s the difference between the 100 plan and the 5,000 plan?
The plans are the same when it comes to features and access. The only difference is how many custom Replens you can track in your Replens Feed. For example, the 100 plan lets you track 100 custom Replens, while the 5,000 plan lets you track 5,000.
Do I lose features on the lower-priced plans?
No. Lower-priced plans still include all of the main features that come with the higher-priced plans. The biggest difference is the number of custom Replens you can track. You can always upgrade later if you need more space.
Which plan should I choose as a beginner?
Choose your plan based on how many custom products you want to track. If you are just getting started and want to keep things simple, a smaller plan may be enough. That said, we usually recommend the 500 plan because it gives you more room to grow and offers better value than the 100 plan.
Which plan is the best deal?
As you move up in plans, the cost per tracked Replen gets cheaper. That means the bigger plans give you better value if you plan to monitor more products. If you want the biggest savings, our annual plans offer the best discounts. The tradeoff is that you are committing for a full year.
Can I upgrade my account later if I reach my Replen limit?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. For example, if you start on the 100 Replen plan and hit your limit, you will not be able to add more until you free up space or upgrade. You can go into your account settings and move to a higher plan whenever you are ready.
When I upload products to the Replens Feed, do they get shared with other users?
No. We do not share the products you upload to your Replens Feed with other users. These are your private Replens that you are tracking and monitoring inside your account. Some of the products you track may also already exist in our broader Live Stream database, but we do not take or share our users’ private uploaded products.
